🔄 Return Policy

• You may return any product, whether opened or unopened, within 7 days of delivery.

• We do not ask for a reason — we understand that emergencies can change and we respect your decision.

💳 Refunds

• Once your return is received, we will issue a full refund using your original payment method (GCash, bank transfer, COD reversal, etc.).

• Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the product was damaged, wrong, or not delivered correctly, we cover the cost of return shipping.

• For other cases, customers may shoulder the courier fee, but we can also help arrange pick-up for your convenience.

• Packages remain unmarked and discreet during both delivery and return.
